Engage Enhancement Requests

What changed?
▪ Added column sorting functionality to the assign/reassign screen component used for assigning/reassigning mentors.
▪ Implemented sortable columns for:
o Contact Name
o # of Assignments (Last 7 Days)
o Chapter
Why is this change being implemented?
▪ To address user requests for reinstating column sorting, which was available in the older component.
▪ To enhance user experience by making data easier to sort and manage during mentor assignment and reassignment processes.
Who will be impacted by this change?
▪ Client Intake Coordinators – (CICs).
What action should be taken because of this change?
▪ CICs should familiarize themselves with the sort functionality of the assign/reassign screen component.
