Add two new fields to the volunteer record to calculate the number of assignment requests declined by mentors within 14 and 60 days. This enhancement will help the One SCORE pilot team better track mentor activity when generating reports on assignments. Additionally, these fields will be included in the "My Active Mentor Activity" list view, which can be accessed by the chapter leadership.
