Adjust column widths on sidebar lists

Please review the column widths of the lists displayed on the righthand sidebar of Engage screens. For example, see attached screenshot of the list of previous MREs from the right sidebar of a client page.
One of the most important details needed in the list is the submitted date, i.e. is an MRE from last week or 5 years ago? You can't tell because the last digits of the year aren't visible. Dropping the century digits and shrinking the Status field so the date field is wider would solve the problem.
The same issue applies on many of these lists and this tweak would save a lot of opening of extra pages.
