Engage Enhancement Requests

What changed?
The “Termination Date” field now automatically populates when Chapter or Branch accounts
are set to inactive, and it clears when they are reactivated in SCORE Engage.
Why is this change being implemented?
This change ensures compliance with SBA requirements and allows for accurate reporting of
termination dates for inactive Chapters and Branches in SCORE Engage.
Who will be impacted by this change?
SCORE HQ staff and all volunteers with access to Engage reports on chapter and branch accounts will be affected.
What action should be taken because of this change?
No immediate action is required. The system will now automatically handle the “Termination
Date” field updates based on account status changes
