What changed?
▪ Previously, emails to Client Intake Coordinators (CICs), Volunteer Intake Coordinators (VICs),
and other chapter leaders were sent individually to each volunteer, resulting in multiple emails
for each notification. We have now updated the email system to send these notifications as a
single group email, significantly reducing the volume of emails sent.
Why is this change being implemented?
▪ This change aims to minimize the number of emails sent through our external email service,
leading to faster email delivery and a reduction in the overall daily email count.
Who will be impacted by this change?
▪ CICs and VICs.
