Creation of report to identify chapter participants in Regional level Workshops

I would like to request that a report be developed, maybe cloned from the "National Workshop Client Leads" report which would identify chapter participants in the Regional Workshop series.

With the demise of most local workshops the chapters have lost visibility of the individual clients who are now attending the regional workshops. These are all potential leads for new clients.

Alternatively, take the existing 'Local Workshop Attendance' reports and add a filter for regional as an alternative to the chapter.
