Hi Donald, This ticket is related to the work our Engage team developers need to complete to create/sync clients records in Engage when they create a profile on the website. The development team has successfully implemented the functionality allowing clients to create
and sync their website profile with their Engage contact record. Please be aware that this update will not be
active in Engage until the marketing team completes their corresponding updates/work on the website.
