Incomplete and inaccurate zip codes

Submitted on behalf of Doug Knapman. In looking at data from FY24 for Michigan, there are missing, 00000, and single-digit zip codes.
When updating the forms, is it possible to add either a valid zip code check or at least five digit non-00000 zip code?

This is in reference to client facing forms. I would add that ZIP, Phone, State and any other fields that we can normalize/add validation to should be considered as well.
