We are creating an exact copy of our production Salesforce (Engage) environment in our staging environment. This will allow us to test and reproduce any issues in a controlled setting, ensuring that our solutions are effective and do not impact the live environment. This refresh is typically done twice a year to stay up to date, helping us maintain a reliable and accurate testing process and leading to more robust and error-free updates and enhancements.
