Engage Enhancement Requests

Currently, we are facing a scenario where clients attempting to register for an event multiple times or using an incorrect credit card receive the same error message. To address this issue, we plan to incorporate the email from the event’s contact details into the error message. By doing so, we aim to prevent clients from making repeated registration attempts and encountering the same error. This enhancement will also enable us to redirect clients to a chapter-level contact who can assist them with their registration issue.
