The process to find and log into the Engage system is WAY too complicated. SCORE has lost great mentors because it's not worth the mentors' time to try to figure out such a complex system! We work for a living, and many of us run businesses. We're too busy to mess around with an insanely not-user-friendly system.
Idea: when there is a reqirement - like the yearly COE - send a link to our main gmail account. SIMPLE will get better results for everyone.
