The marketing team successfully deployed client authentication on 6/17. This initiative enables clients to create personalized profiles on SCORE.org that integrate with the Engage system, streamlining communication and registration. This lays the foundation for delivering tailored email and web experiences in the future. A new field, "SCORE Website Account?", has been added to Engage to indicate if a client has created a profile on the website. When this field is checked, it signifies that the client has an active profile on SCORE.org.
