Add functionality to the Assign/Reassign flow for CICs to more effectively match mentors and clients. Proposed updated include the following:
- Adding the ability for the CIC to add note to the mentor when assigning them a request
- Add the ability to search available mentors by a keyword
- Automatically recommend mentors based on matching information between the mentor's profile and the client's request

I would like to see the fields in the pop up box be more user friendly. Column 1 is clearly needed as it is the names of the mentors. Column 2 - mentor emails...not really sure why we need this one. Maybe it could be a hover over feature incorporated into column 1?
Column 3 - good. Especially once it converts to 7 days. Thank you so much!
Column 4 and 5 - Could these fields be enlarged? While we are able to slide and wrap these columns it is somewhat of a hassle as it has to be done with every single assignment. Is it possible to increase the size of the box and these two fields so that they can be seen every time without having to maneuver them. The information contained in these fields is integral to choosing mentors and I just feel like it needs to be easier to read.
