This enhancement focuses on refining the content of SMS messages already in place, sent to clients through SCORE Engage for various interactions. This update clarifies that we're enhancing the existing SMS functionality—not adding new text messaging capabilities within SCORE Engage. The updates aim to improve communication clarity and ensure clients have relevant information for interactions such as:
o Mentor request submission confirmation.
o Mentor request accepted notification.
o Event registration confirmation.
o Event reminder notification.
These improvements will help clients stay informed about their mentor requests and event registrations, while optimizing the effectiveness of our current SMS system.
