Updates to the session flow business details page fields

In the upcoming update, we will be introducing several improvements to the business information page when creating or editing a session. Specifically, we will be making the "What
is the legal entity of the business?" field optional, removing the "Male Ownership %" field along with its validation requiring male and female ownership to equal 100%, and eliminating the
"Are you a home-based Business?" field.
