Duplicate emails sent from Zoom during event registration

After successfully upgrading the Heroku Postgres DB, testing on 08/28/2024 revealed that duplicate emails were sent to SCORE clients who registered for the event. In most test scenarios, three emails were sent instead of the intended single email. Zoom engineers are actively working to rectify the issue.
