We are aware of an issue in our Salesforce system causing multiple duplicate event survey and event reminder emails to be sent to our clients.
To prevent further inconvenience, we have temporarily paused sending both event survey and email reminder emails from our system until the issue is resolved. However, please note that clients will still receive reminders directly from Zoom if their event is a meeting or webinar.
