LiveChat creating duplicate mentoring cases and session records

Our LiveChat mentors identified a bug where chats sent to Engage were generating duplicate session records and MREs. This issue arose from lengthy chat transcripts, causing the livechat software to split the chat into two records and create unintended duplications of sessions and mentoring requests. With this fix, longer chats will now result in the creation of a single MRE or session when sent to Engage, addressing the problem of duplicate records.
