Mentoring requests assigned to National Sending "My Client Requests - Not Counseled Report" Notifications

Based on support tickets received, some mentors may be receiving incorrect notifications for the "My Client Requests - Not Counseled" report. This report is a weekly report that volunteers can opt in to receive which alerts them of their list of assigned clients who do not have a session recorded in Engage. In some cases mentors are incorrectly receiving in this email mentor requests that are assigned to the National Client Intake queue. This notification is only supposed to include those mentor requests assigned to the mentor that do not have a session recorded in Engage. With this fix, we have addressed the issue to ensure that the notifications accurately reflect only those mentor requests assigned to that mentor.
