Send email from case auto-deletes the email body when the subject is blank

Currently when a volunteer sends an email from a case to their client without filling in the subject field, the email body is automatically deleted. To address this issue, we implemented a validation mechanism within the email system to prompt users to provide a subject line before sending the email, thus preventing unintentional deletion of the email body.
