"Start Date" Field Not Set on Affiliation Record with the Join Date for provisionals and contractors

When the Volunteer Status field is updated to Provisional/Active during the onboarding process, the Start Date field on the affiliation record is not set accordingly and remains blank instead of being set with the Join Date.
When a new contractor is created via the Add Contractor quick action on Account, the Start Date field on the affiliation record is not set accordingly and remains blank instead of being set with the Join Date.
