Update "Total Registrants" field to count the number of Registrants for the Event even when the registrant's status has been updated.

We discovered that the Total Registrants field on events does not show the correct number of registrants. During the post-event process, registrants move to "Attended," "No Show," or "Canceled" status, so they no longer have the "Registered" status. This causes the system to inaccurately count the number of registrants because it only looks at those with a "Registered" status.
