I am submitting this request on behalf of Eric Roberson of Delaware. "I am suggesting that the BIRT report which contains the performance data be updated to reflect all of the mentors activities regardless of the chapter for which they are performed. The bottom line being that a mentor's performance should be able to be evaluated and they should be recognized for all of their contributions, not just the contributions for the chapter. " MG: How would you like to see this data reported? ER: "If it was technically possible I would be happy if it just showed total hours and separately co-mentoring hours for all clients served (regardless of chapter) by that mentor

if I could then extract the data and it contained a chapter id per session, I could slice and dice it to get performance within our chapter.

While it is nice to see mentoring from outside chapters contributing hours to our clients, we are not responsible for those folks and their performance. "

We also want to consider the KPI factor of 'Engaged Mentor Contribution'. At the regional and district level this should include all the mentor hours At the chapter level would need a discussion of whether that should include total hours or just chapter hours. As an example, for the mentor involved in this original discussion, she would count against the chapter since there are no hours for Delaware, but she is 'engaged' per the definition of that KPI point.
