I am the Chapter Chair for Chapter 318. I would like to be able to run a report, preferably by volunteer, that will provide me with a list of the requests they have received during a particular period of time and other info, most specifically when the request was assigned and when it was closed, along with how it was closed - in essence the status of the request.

I know requests are not always closed... "when they are "done" which leads to many open requests dangling. I have not been able to find a report that will provide the info.
