Reporting on a cohort of participants in something like a Masterclass

We are working with a local governmental agency providing workshops and mentoring for a cohort of 16 companies/owners. Each is required to have three mentoring sessions to be a participant in the cohort. I would like to create a report on the mentoring progress of these 16 clients over the next three months as the program progresses without having to go in individually and check each one to see if sessions have taken place.
